In the unpredictable circumstances when you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, telehealth consults are available. They normally last for around 50 minutes. These are conducted over a mutually agreed online interactive visual conferencing platform (such as Zoom, or Microsoft Teams).

While telehealth consultations are a good method of receiving strategically-guided assistance it can never replace the quality of the personal interaction.

 

This option is available to clients with barriers to attending face-to-face

sessions.
