Therapeutic Model

This therapeutic model was developed after several years of research embedded in the service culture. It illuminates the major stages in life where sensitivities and vulnerabilities to significant stress are more prevalent than other life stages.

Thus the strategies learned to help a person manage their stress through one stage, may not be effective in the next stage, or the next. So new strategies must be learned.

MTN applies a strengths approach in an intergenerational family model under a neuroepigenetic framework, guided by lived experience

This model fits in well with a variety of established Focussed Psychological Therapies as well as innovations and those from other fields of science.
